We have the superb locations to hunt. The lodge is in close proximity to our areas we hunt. We hunt WMU's 522, 357 and 358. We are in the perfect location for migrating geese and ducks heading south.

We have access to a variety of waterfowl hunting habitat. Our local agricultural fields change every year to keep the soil fresh, and if the field happens to be peas, more times than not the geese and ducks pile up in those fields.

Your mind will be blown away with that awe inspiring goose and duck encounter!

Some hunters might argue that scouting is the most important part of the hunt. It is important, and we take our scouting very seriously. As your 'head honcho', I, Rick Ruzzamenti, spot and follow the birds religiously. I personally have my finger on the pulse of the areas we hunt. I know what fields are hot, and I will have you happily lying or sitting, depends on what type of blind, along with a perfectly placed Big Foot decoy spread in fresh goose droppings every morning. That's my promise to you. I give you the chance to shoot, but it is up to you to make the shot!

Golden Triangle Whitetail

Illinois is home to some of the biggest whitetail bucks taken in the country.  Pike, Brown, and Adams counties make up the Golden Triangle and produce record book bucks year and after year.  In the past three years alone, our clients took 51 bucks over 150 and 11 Boone & Crockets.  After thirteen years of outfitting we are proud to have exclusive hunting rights on 10,000 managed acres.  What is our recipe for success?  Exclusive rights on the best ground, low pressure, over 500 tree stands, 250 acres of food plots, and a dedicated staff. Our guides are not allowed to hunt so their only goal is to get you on the trophy buck of your dreams.  Last season 68% of our bow hunters actually shot at a 130 or better and historically 70% of our gun hunters go home with a trophy buck.

completely nocturnal due to daylight hunting pressure. These hogs tend to be bigger and
smarter due to their age and experience in avoiding humans altogether, making it very
difficult to shoot them with off the shelf night hunting gear, let alone spotlights and day
scopes.
