Texas Whitetail Deer and Rio Grande Spring Turkey

Since 1985, Adobe Lodge has offered guided and outfitted fair-chase hunts for whitetail deer and Rio Grande spring turkeys.  Repeat business consistently makes up 50-75% of each year’s roster of clients.  Full-service hunts are $3150-$3750.  No-frills whitetail hunts are $1750.  Spring turkey hunts are $1250.

Most whitetail hunters will see 120-140” bucks.  A few bucks from 150-170” have been taken over the years.  Other game includes bobcats, javelinas, fall turkeys, varmints and a limited number of feral hogs.

All American Outfitter is a family-owned business that has been in operation for more than 17 years. Ken Mayer has been professionally outfitting and guiding for more than 35 years. He and his wife Roseann have entertained guests in their Texas hunting lodge for the past 8 years and offer additional hunts in New Mexico and South Africa. Ken and Roseann don't believe that a successful hunt can be measured solely by the harvest, but by the total experience they offer.

At Big Al's Buck Stop we run a family owned and family run business. We do White-tail archery hunts and Canadian Geese hunts; we have over 13 different species of ducks. We work very hard to make this your hunt of a life time. We thrive on pleasing our clients. We spend many hours scouting in our off season, which allows us to pattern the deer to make for a better hunt. Most of our trophy bucks taken here will gross between 130 and 180, with some reaching the 200 class. Manitoba Canada is known for Monster bucks, and we have the potential for a world record class buck here. We have over 20,000 acres of privately owned land to hunt on. We only take a limited amount of hunters to assure we have many big bucks for years to come.  All hunts include Lodging and home cooked meals. The food here is awesome.

Changes in Canadian law have made it possible for Canadian Aboriginal peoples to assume greater control over their lands. Our First Nations (the Canadian term for a reservation) now have complete control over access to these lands. Almost all of the lands under Aboriginal jurisdiction have never been open to commercial outfitters. The land has been hunted primarily by the residents of the area for subsistence purposes.
