Take a look at nature.... by Taylor Rather
Since I was a little girl, I have been taking pictures of nature and wildlife. I had been bugging my mom and dad for a new camera. Well, this past Christmas, that wish came true. "Santa" had left me a new Kodak camera. I couldn’t wait to start taking pictures.
I love taking pictures of wildlife and nature because it helps me capture special moments and lasting memories that I can share with others. Some pictures are worth a thousand words. Some of the pictures I take will make you laugh, smile or cry.
I love taking pictures of my cats, dogs and rabbit because I love to try different angles, backgrounds and just being creative with my pictures.
This picture has two of my favorite cats (left) cookie and puff. I was walking around outside when I saw them on a leaning tree. I ran and managed to taken this picture of them looking at something below.

While driving through Appomattox , Va. We spotted theses clouds that looked similar to tornado funnels.

My Dad and I took this picture while driving through the National Forest. We love going to the National Forest to take in the beauty of the fall colors and wildlife.
So try to go outdoors and take pictures! You never know what you might get!

Taylor,
Not only do you succeed at hunting but also at photography. These are some great pics ! You seem to have the "eye" for beauty --- animals and the great outdoors. Keep up the good work and look forward to another story --- hopefully soon.

There is so much beauty in the outdoors. If more and more kids would spend time outdoors than indoors involved with tv and games they would find that the outdoors has so much excitement and adventure in it. It is good to see a young person enjoying nature, its beauty and capturing it in pictures and making memories lasting memories.

Taylor loves to take pictures. I hope she can share more of her pictures with us especially on her hunting trips coming up this year.
