Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) Presence Growing in North Dakota
Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) Presence Growing in North Dakota
BISMARCK, N.D. – Brandon Mason, MDF Regional Director for North
Dakota, South Dakota, eastern Montana, and Northern Wyoming,
announced the formation of three new chapters in North Dakota:
Dickinson’s Teddy Roosevelt Chapter, Fargo’s Lake Agassiz Chapter,
and Minot’s West Dakota Chapter. They join North Dakota’s first MDF
chapter, the Northern Badlands Chapter, based in Bismarck-Mandan.
The Teddy Roosevelt Chapter will be the first of the new chapters to
host its banquet and fundraising event, slated for Dec. 8 in
Dickinson. In addition, the Lake Agassiz Chapter plans a “sight-in
rifle day” at the Fargo Shooting Park as deer season approaches.
“The Mule Deer Foundation grew from its original 11 members in North
Dakota in the fall of 2000 to several hundred members in seven
years,” Mason said.
In recent years, the Northern Badlands Chapter sponsored youth
events, Sportsmen Against Hunger programs, and a variety of habitat
projects in the western Badlands and along the Missouri River in
North Dakota. Nationally, the Mule Deer Foundation contributed
$25,000 towards the recent acquisition of the Eberts Ranch, a
historically and environmentally significant area adjacent to
Theodore Roosevelt’s Elkhorn Ranch north of Medora.
For more information about the Mule Deer Foundation in this area,
contact Brandon Mason, 701-527-0609 or e-mail (brandon@muledeer.org).

I sent him a letter and I will talk with him about it! I don't mind someone linking to me, but stealing from my hard work and effort is still a theft. There is an ethical way to seek out and ask for permission and or provide reciprocal links and he did none of that.
